1. Who we are
SuperGryd Agent AI (“SuperGryd”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by SuperGryd Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated in India. Our platform helps travel agents generate, personalise, and share client itinerary proposals powered by artificial intelligence.

2. Information we collect
Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and (optionally) your agency name, logo, and WhatsApp number.
Usage data: We log actions you take on the platform — proposals created, enrichments generated, edits made — to improve our service and enforce plan limits.
Uploaded content: DMC package documents, activity photos, and any text you paste into the platform. This content is processed by AI and stored to power your proposals.
Client information you provide: Customer names and trip details you enter for proposals. This data is yours — we do not use it for any purpose other than rendering your proposals.
Payment data: We do not store card numbers. Payments are processed through Razorpay under their privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics: We use Vercel Analytics (cookieless, privacy-first) and session cookies required for authentication.
3. How we use your information
- To provide, operate, and improve the SuperGryd platform
- To generate AI itinerary proposals from the content you upload
- To enforce plan limits and subscription entitlements
- To send transactional emails (proposal share notifications, account-related alerts)
- To respond to support requests and demo inquiries
- To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your uploaded content to train AI models for other customers.
4. AI processing
When you create a proposal, your uploaded DMC content is sent to one or more third-party AI providers for processing. These may include providers such as Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, or others, and may change from time to time as we adopt new or improved AI technologies. Each provider processes data under their own terms and privacy policies. We send only the minimum data necessary — no personally identifiable information beyond what is contained in the DMC document you upload.
5. Data storage and security
All data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS infrastructure in the ap-south-1 (Mumbai) region. Uploaded photos are stored in Supabase Storage. We use row-level security policies to ensure agents can only access their own data. Data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.2+.
6. Data retention
Active accounts: Data is retained for as long as your account is active.
Uploaded photos: Deleted automatically based on proposal status — orphaned uploads after 7 days, dormant proposals after 6 months (unless a live share link exists), and lost deals after 90 days.
Account deletion: You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing
admin@supergryd.com. We will process requests within 30 days.
7. Sharing with third parties
We share data only with the following categories of service providers, strictly for operating the platform:
- Supabase — database and storage
- Vercel — hosting and edge functions
- AI providers (including but not limited to Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, or others) — AI proposal generation. The specific providers used may change over time.
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Razorpay — payment processing
8. Your rights
As a user of our platform, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Export your proposals (available via PDF download at any time)
- Opt out of non-transactional emails

9. Children
SuperGryd is a professional tool intended for travel agents and business users. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
